The Installation Process



Step 3: Initial Consultation

Once we receive your inquiry, our sales team will follow up via phone and email to answer any questions about pricing, products, or our services.


Step 4: Detailed Quote and Agreement

After we assist you in choosing the perfect products for your needs, you’ll receive a free estimate and a comprehensive quote that outlines every detail of your order.


Step 5: Review and Sign the Agreement

You'll get a purchase contract that specifies your chosen product, features, total cost, and terms. Once you’ve reviewed everything, sign the contract and send it back to us to proceed.


Step 6: Secure Your Order

To confirm your order, send us a deposit along with your signed contract. Once we process your payment, our team will begin planning for your custom elevator installation.


Step 7: Prepare for Installation

While your elevator is being manufactured, we’ll provide you with Pre-Installation Checklists and measurement forms. These tools are essential for ensuring your elevator shaft is properly prepared for installation. Complete and return these forms to us promptly.


Step 8: Final Payment and Scheduling

After receiving your completed forms, we’ll send you an equipment invoice. Once full payment is made, we’ll schedule your installation with our certified professionals.


Step 9: Installation Day

On the day of installation, our team will arrive at your home and will work efficiently to install your elevator. We’ll also provide a thorough walkthrough on how to operate and maintain it. Once you’re satisfied and all your questions are answered, you can make your final payment.
